Review of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) by Lee F — 04 Jan 2014

I think I enjoyed the second film is this series better as a kid. Most likely because "Data" from 'The Goonies' is in it. Anyway, this movie is pretty fun but it definitely lacks quite a bit of what was special about the first film.

I think the biggest problem lies with the fact that the movie's main character is an archeologist but isn't involved in any archeology in the whole movie. He's instead literally dropped into India and forced to solve a mystery instead.

There are still a lot of fun moments to be had. It's just not nearly as interesting as the first movie.
