Review of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) by Matt G — 08 Sep 2014
After the darker Temple of Doom, Spielberg and Co. are clearly reaching back to the spirit of Raiders for this one. It studies faith and family more earnestly than we normally get in big budget fare. Wonderfully old fashioned in its action staging, dialogue, cinematography, big score, and great humor, Last Crusade is pure unadulterated fun.
