Review of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023) by Beardedyoda — 04 Jul 2023

I was not particularly looking forward to this film, even more so upon hearing about its mixed reception from both critics and audiences. After watching The Dial of Destiny I can definitively say that it is incredibly.

..average. The film has some entertaining and fun sequences, some entertaining and dumb sequences, and a lot of 'okay' run of the mill action. The pacing of the film isn't terrible (although I do understand the complaints criticizing the movies lengthy run time) and the performances and set pieces are actually pretty solid.

This is not a bad ending to the Indiana Jones saga, but it is a somewhat unnecessary one. I would recommend watching the film later down the line on streaming, you'll probably get some entertainment out of it.
