After 14 long years the sequel to one of Pixar's finest films is here and I can tell you it's worth the wait. A great combo of hilarious family comedy and genuinely engaging super hero movie, even people who haven't seen the original will love it.
People who are afraid that all this build up will lead to a flop need not worry, Brad Bird has returned to writing and directing duties and hasn't missed a beat. Despite the slow start that Bird uses as a refresher course for the uninitiated the movie moves at a brisk pace and builds both tension and laughs as it goes along. Jack-Jack is the highlight of the show along with brief moments or the brilliant Edna Mode as we begin to learn exciting and often hilarious new developments in the powers of the youngest Incredible.
Won't give anymore away, just get yourself a ticket and enjoy the ride.
