Review of Incredibles 2 (2018) by Eludiumq36 — 10 Nov 2018
Even discounting the oh-so-many studio shills, I suppose people can be forgiven for 9 and 10 ratings, but trust me, it's not that great. The animation was top notch, no doubt, but the story, plot, pacing missed a step or two, and sorry, but Holly Hunter as "Elasti-girl" voiced with a lisp and that was just so distracting.
And the whole mind control thing with a pair of sunglasses basically would only be plausible to kids. Given all this, this effort is a 7 at best, but a 6 for me.
