Better than the first. I'm only mad that this isn't live action. Brad Bird needed these 14 years, and created a beautiful film done right and with the right characters. Screenslaver, or the person behind him, had a better motive than Syndrome but a weaker character.
Overall you will enjoy this movie, whether you like it or not.
