Review of Incredibles 2 (2018) by Flo C — 30 Jun 2018

I hated the way that critics used the word "nostalgic" as something bad. Shouldn't we be happy about the changes our society bring to women? Honestly, I was surprised with Bob's actions, considering the movie is based in old times (and certainly not the best times for women).

Letting that theme go, Brad Bird's direction never missed his style (that I love). Or the fact that the movie was about family, and not exactly about super heroes, just like the first one.

I'm so glad this sequel is not like Cars 2, but the trailers were not done well, they literally took the most boring parts of the film, that's why I wasn't all sure this movie was going to be a good one.

But you know what? This is probably my child self speaking.
