Review of In the Valley of Elah (2007) by Garrick J — 01 Jan 2009
I really enjoyed this movie, despite some character cliches (female detective undermined and belittled by her red-neck male colleagues). Tommy Lee Jones was really excellent in his role. What a pity we saw so little of Susan Sarandon, who is rapidly becoming my favourite actress of the age.
