Review of In the Valley of Elah (2007) by Andrew W — 18 May 2009
A very poignant and moving story about all the emotions and consequences of soldiers at war. The story brings to light a lot of issues that are sadly overlooked when dealing with complex human emotions and how they're dealt with.
This is a great film told in a calm and very calculated way. It seems everything Tommy Lee Jones touches turns to gold these days.
