In the Valley of Elah is a mesmerizing film. It is about a retired military investigator who works with a police detective to uncover the truth behind his son's disappearance following his return from a tour of duty in Iraq.
Tommy Lee Jones and Susan Sanrandon give excellent performances. The screenplay is well written. Paul Haggis did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the drama and history.
In the Valley Elah is a must see.
