Sobering 'whodunit' with a powerful anti-war message.
There's lots to admire about this film: Jones' low-key, but strangely mesmerizing performance, its multi-layered storyline and its utterly believable characters to name a few.
However, it is a bit too ponderous for its own good and its depressing tone may be too much for some.
It's a serious film that should be watched - just don't expect to be "entertained" in the traditional sense!
