Review of In the Name of the Father (1993) by Emma M — 03 Feb 2008
Daniel Day Lewis demonstrating yet again why he is the best film actor of his generation, indeed probably ever given his canon of work. The film itself is decent if biased (as this kind of film always seems to be) but there's no disguising the power of the story, nor the depth of the suspicion and division that gave rise to it.
