Review of In the Mood for Love (2000) by Anna B — 02 Jan 2012

I'm still unsure how I feel about this film. There were moments of profound boredom, but they were balanced by moments of true interest. I loved how the movie presented the main characters' torrid non-affair and how it contrasted with the affair their spouses were having.

I also don't mind that it's open ended, because I can just pick the ending I want. Still, I feel like it needs to be re-watched again, and that maybe I should familiarize myself with the director's work.

I guess that's not a complain.
