Review of In the Loop (2009) by R F — 27 Jun 2010
How can I say this? Ok this film made me laugh so hard that I needed 5 new pairs of underwear. It is so funny that I know am saying the lines to people at my work. Very clever and very out there, and very in your face cursing. Peter Capaldi deserves an Oscar for his performance as Malcolm Tucker, it was brilliant, truly what this comedy was built around.
The supporting cast had me laughing just as hard, it was a very intelligent performance by these characters, and a sad story in the fact you think what if this is how war is started, then we remember the Bush and Blair administrations, oh right Ooops. Thank God we as Americans are not climbing the Mountain of Conflict anytime soon.
The laughs don't stop and these lines can be used like a step-brother quote except now you too can sound British saying them. Such a funny script and yet its from a ludacris show in England called, 'The Thick of It', a show I know own a shirt from, (Tuckers Law). I suggest everyone to see this, If you don't think this film at all is not even at all funny you seriously need mental help or probably have morals against cursing. Otherwise please everyone see this.
