Review of In the Loop (2009) by Thomas H — 16 Jul 2010
Iannucci pulls it out the bag again. Despite it being an adaptation of TV series The Thick Of It, In THe Loop manages to reach the level of miniature masterpiece. Peter Capaldi shines through as Malcolm Tucker and as does Tom Hollanders turn as nervous polotician Simon Foster.
The laughs come thick and fast, although be warned, stay away if you find bad language offensive.
