This movie can be a little difficult to follow if you aren't familiar with the running of Government offices and the policies they vote for. Some of the dialogue is funny as hell. Its amazing to see the kind of people that run offices which decide if or not to go to war with another country or no.
But the movie tends to drag towards the end. But still a fun one time watch.
