What a dissapointment, i'm shocked how bad this movie is, In the Heart of the Sea is not what I expected, this movie does not leave up to the premise it should deliver, this should be a thrilling action, adventure and survival movie with intense performances, likable characters, intresting plot, great action scenes and plenty of suspense.

..what we got was a boring movie with barely any action in it, barely any whale in it, there was no adenture in the movie, the performances were boring, the characters were FAR from likable, the plot is weak and no real depth, the movie focuses more on how the crew will survive rather than pay attention to the fight against the whale and suspense was nowhere to be found.

This movie ultimately had more bla bla than action, adventure and suspense, this survival movie is not even your average survival movie, this is below average, this movie is a wasted opportunity !!!
