Review of In the Heart of the Sea (2015) by Ricardo R — 13 Dec 2015
Nice film based on true events in the 1800's about the whaling industries need to kill/butcher/"murder" whales for whale oil which was a valuable commodity in society back then. The story is amazing and intriguing on many levels including the insatiable greed of the whaling industry, the astounding intelligence of the massive whale decisively defending his species by willfully attacking the whalers and their ships, and the real life and death struggles the whalers had the misfortune to endure or acquiesce to.
Well done!
