This came on a compilation DVD of horror movies. First, it is NOT a horror movie by any stretch of the imagination. Second, it barely qualifies as a movie; it looks to be shot on a camcorder as maybe a high school project.
The acting is some of the worst I've come across, and I watch lots of B-movies. There was no point to this story. It just rambles on, showing fairly tame acts of random violence, culminating in a lame showdown between the law and the villain.
Pure garbage.
