Review of 28 Weeks Later (2007) by Don S — 18 Aug 2018
A decent zombie movie sequel. 28 weeks have passed since the outbreak that completely ruined London, and UN peacekeepers declare the virus gone and begin to open the city back up to residents, including the first children being allowed back.
US military is on the ground, making sure everything continues to go smoothly. Trouble begins when it is learned pockets of infected still exist, and the virus is headed back to the city in the form of the children's father and all he has come into contact with.
Well paced, decently acted, and some impressive gore.
