Review of In Search of a Midnight Kiss (2007) by Miles W — 10 Jan 2009
This is a very, very funny and beautiful film that gives you some recognisably real characters to spend time with, but no trite answers or cheesy New Year ending. It's got the wit and low-budget appeal of Clerks, the romantic feel of Woody Allen's Manhattan (except in LA), and the funny tenderness of Before Sunrise.
Leaves you with some lasting impressions and food for thought, inspiring all round!
