Excellent thought-provoking film about a woman who goes down a path of self mutilation, not out of self-loathing, but out of obsession with her own body. Yes, it is disturbing and difficult to watch, but it is also extremely well made.
Much of the gore is suggested instead of seen, though that can make it even more disturbing. Artfully shot. Work a look, if you are able to watch all of it.
