I thought this movie would probably suck going in, but it had good potential in that it's about corrupt prison officials in russia who make the inmates fight to the death. It got off to a slow start but once Jean Claude stepped up to the plate and quit being such a wuss there was some good fighting action.

Then they took it even further and made it more of a drama about JC being true to who he was and not allowing his situation to change him for the worse, but they pulled this off pretty well. Overall, more enjoyable than I expected, but it didn't have the sweet kickboxing/kung fu action I was hoping for from JC.
