A pretty solid comedy-drama, although sometimes the comedy can go a little over the top which does not blend well with the rest of the movie.
Topher Grace does a good job portraying someone new to the business world. A similar performance was done recently by Anna Kendrick in a film that does a much better job portraying the emotions people have when they loose there jobs.
The movie gets better as you go and leaves you with a good ending.
