Dennis Quaid's role is considered energetic, persuasive and often trap in a dilemma. Topher Grace is smart and Scarlett Johansson is not just beautiful, but excellent!
What will happen when a younger person become your boss due to business process re-engineering and apparently he is in love secretly with your only daughter? The movie will tell you how.
I like the ending and I think it was the best way to solve everything.
Nominated for Golden Berlin Bear (Best Picture) in 2005 Berlin International Film Festival and won USA National Board of Review Best Breakthrough Performance- Topher Grace.
