Stunningly incoherent. It takes about half the movie before you can figure out if Annette Bening is kind of awesome in this or just plain terrible. Spoiler alert - she's terrible. At least it's a unique take on the "mental breakdown, no one believes me" trope, but man it's an aggressively bad, unique approach.
