Review of In Bruges (2008) by Ransom K — 02 Feb 2013
The most original film put out in years. It's really something else. Whatever expectations you have going into this one will be totally transcended. The writing is brilliant, the acting is kickass (Colin Farrell is a revelation here), the direction is flawless.
I could go on. Just watch it. And then check out McDonagh's fantastic short "Six Shooter", and his recent gem "Seven Psychopaths". Also, I've heard his stage work is incredible.
