Old black and white westerns have a certain coolness to them that modern color western can't necessarily beat. And of all the great modern westerns out there, this one looks pretty small; but it's an interesting movie, a guilty little pleasure, just like any of Ti West's flicks.
The acting is admirable and the movie makes reference to older westerns. It's really worth a look.
