Review of In a Lonely Place (1950) by Darryl J — 10 Feb 2008
Humphrey Bogart is a fucking tour de force in this movie. He has so much range. This movie worked so well because of the relationship between him and Gloria Grahame. It's so real and different from his past cinematic romances.
The end is so powerful and really displays how complex these characters are.
