Review of Impulse (1974) by Steve M — 04 Jun 2007
Oh man, if you're a fan of Shatner's overacting, then this film is your holy grail. Every scene is a testament to his hilariously bad overacting trying to create a complex portrait of a killer with lots of Freudian baggage.
This is bad cinema par excellence-- if Bill's thespian skills weren't enough, there's his toupees, and more bad fashions than a typical night at Club 54. It is an energetic, invigorating piece of celluloid that will leave you giddy before the end.
