Review of Immortal (2004) by Red Headed Devil — 08 Jun 2008

So, I'm an ass for giving a heated opinion when I didn't even finish the flick but I couldn't bear to finish this. It was like watching a Final Fantasy game without getting to play anything.

I was psyched to see an Egyptian themed sci-fi a la Fifth Element and Stargate, but I thought this thing offered nothing but a lame knock off of Bladerunner and Fifth. The graphics sucked, the futuristic world - again - only "stole" from others.

.. and I thought the plot was too lame and too sincerely meant to be considered camp, good or anything else that doesn't fall under the category of insulting good taste.
