Review of Immortal (2004) by Gordon S — 09 Apr 2012
Visually, this is a very stunning movie. The mix of real and animated characters take some getting used to but once past that, one gets into the story. It touches upon some philosophical issues such as free will vis-Ã -vis society and gods, and the ethicality of eugenics.
This is a movie for thinkers, not just eye candy (but you get plenty of that, just the same!) This movie fits well in the genre also shared by MirrorMask.
