Review of Imitation of Life (1959) by Sherri . — 04 Mar 2008
An out of work actress with a young daughter befriends a black housekeeper with a young daughter who looks white. When she grows up, she tries to pass herself off as white and treats her mother awful. Juanita Moore is awesome as her mother.
Awesome movie. You will need Kleenex. Probably the whole box, especially at the end.
