An odd little sudser of a film. I find it odd that this movie shares the same number of stars as "The Shawshank Redemption". I watched "Imitation of Life" because the R.E.M. song got me interested.
Juanita Moore is fantastic as Annie, and Lana Turner is also very good as the materialistic actress.
