Joaquin Phoenix may look back on this and wonder if it really was worth the 2 years of his life it took up. If your gonna go out on a limb, jeopardise your career and essentially live a role for so long you need the end product to be something worth seeing and this really isn't.
The problem is that once you twig it isn't real it becomes a bore. The parody is too low key, needs turning up a few notches and there just isn't enough laughs.
