Review of I'm Not There (2007) by Susanb — 08 Dec 2007
You have give Haynes credit for the concept and courage in making this film. That being said, it has no core, emotional or otherwise. For instance, after you get over how brillantly Cate Blanchette has reproduced the Dyaln of Don't Look Back, you wonder what the point.
Why not just watch Don't Look Back? Ultimately, much of the movie is tedious and boring.
