Review of I'm Not There (2007) by Richard C — 30 Sep 2010
The formula was sorely disappointing and irritating to the mind. It shuffles different moments in Bob Dylan's life in an unappealing format. I don't care much about Dylan and have enjoyed some of his music in the past despite his no-talent crap voice, but after wathcing this, I think I was better off not knowing about him at all.
So much talent rounded up in this film for an over hyped musician. His life is far from varied, so I don't why all of these actors are needed. He simply displays mild alterations within the American musician context.
Undeserved fame, really. And Christ, he'll become even more popular when he croaks, and this movie will probably be sought after. *Dread*.
