Review of I'm Not Scared (2003) by Ross M — 09 Sep 2009
I don't know what it is about foreign films, but they seem to have some kind of magic that makes the film move at a faster tempo. An hour and 45 minute film like this would of seemed like forever in english.
This film as very different, and wonderfuly directed. The cast are perfect in their roles, the scared kidnapped boy plays his role brilliantly and so does the boy eager to help him after feeling scared at first. Wouldn't you be at the age of 10?
Taut and realistic, this is one hell of a film experiance.
