Review of I'm Not Ashamed (2016) by Yoshi S — 24 Mar 2017
Unbelievably shocking, incredibly powerful, deeply moving and extremely sad faithful Christian movie. Masey McLain was perfect! She played Columbine High School massacre victim Rachel Joy Scott really fantastic! Her performance was natural, funny, faithful and adorable.
Ben Davies played homeless guy Nate and he was great too. Director was smart, first movie was like teen romantic drama, then it turned out very shocking horror... and he explained how Rachel was cute, fun, brave and unbelievably religious.
Climax was really shocking and really sad... and yes, her hand touched my heart... Rachel was not ashamed to be Christian. and I'm not ashamed too. She was getting close to God and she lost her friends little by little.
.. She was sad and I know that feeling... She's gone now and she changed the world... Thank you... If you really love God, see it! You will love it!
