Review of I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK (2006) by Skippy M — 02 Dec 2007
A love story set in a mental ward. Exhausting-- I really did feel like I spent 2 hours with clinically insane people. There are a few moments of pure surrealism that really stood out but most of the time I was suffering from insanity-overload.
I think Park is one of Korea's most creative directors and it's great that he's trying something far away from the "Sympathy" movies, but this one is hard to like.
