Review of I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK (2006) by Cody M — 27 May 2010
After her beloved Grannie is taken away a young woman named Young-Goon begins to starve herself when she suddnely believes that she is in fact a Cyborg so her deuded Mother has her admitted to a mental institution where the many other paitents leave her be in her own world of talking to electronics apart from one man who believes that he can steal peoples abilities begins to open up to Young-Goon and helps her discover the purpose of her newly born Cyborg exsistance.
Park Chan-Wook is an extremely imaginative writer/director who comes from violent thriller genres to this romantic comedy and turns it into a fresh and beautiful tale which I think most will watch and feel happy and joyful after.
