Great performance by Robinson. He definitely elevates the material a bit. Very strange to see a widescreen noir (although this obviously isn't the only one by any means). It seemed quite unnatural at first.
It's missing a real femme fatale and some other elements, but it has enough noir to be recognizable as such.
