"Illegal" (1955) -- Eddie G. Robinson is an attorney who sends an innocent man to the chair. After feeling guilty about what he did, he decides to become a criminal lawyer. Little does he know that his knew job is going to get him in a lot of trouble .
.. OK, this isn't any of the casts best movie, and it isn't really that great of a movie anyways, but it's entertaining. No, it's not noiry at all, but some of the snappy lines that Ed says in court are fun, and Jayne Mansfield's appearances make the film a little more fun to watch.
This movie is a mess, but Ed's performance is as usual, great. 3 stars.
