I can't bear to watch the first segment of this film, it makes me cry too hard. It's deeply moving, but far too sad for me to watch again.
I like the way the film gets more optimistic as it goes on, realistically reflecting the way that gay rights have improved throughout the years. From the sad and disturbing first segment through to the rom-com ish third segment.
