Extraordinary! Here's the deal: I didn't think about the importance of the title while watching this film. That really played havoc on me when watching, forcing me to think "Did that just really happen?" There's also a lot of "What-the-f*ck" moments, which isn't the worst thing in the world.
I really enjoyed this film, although it is alienating watching this movie in a post-Columbine society.
