Review of Idlewild (2006) by Andrew M — 30 Aug 2008
A musical set in the south starring rappers.. This shouldn't work, but when the rappers are Outkast, it does all that and more. The story is good, the songs are great, and the acting is better then you'd expect.
. Most people would avoid a movie like this, seeing it as only a 'black' movie, but don;'t let that stop you.. Even if your not a fan of Outkast or rap music, this movie is worth a watch.
