Properly retarded ;).
Utterly stupid.
If you need a silly film when you're feeling down and not up for intelligence then watch it.
Basic plot: set in the future, everyone is stupid through dilution of the gene pool ... Not much happens but some good one liners.
Fave bit: guy sat in hospital waiting room stuck in his own jumper ;).
