Warning: This is NOT a comedy. The writers portray Jason Bateman as a money savvy regular guy. The whole plot is destroyed by this: how could a money savvy person involved in the investment industry be DUNB enough to give his social security number to someone over the phone? The only thing that redeems the movie is McCarthy's performance of a friendless loner who fights for her own existence.
