Review of Ichi the Killer (2001) by Andrew B — 04 Apr 2015
I was really looking forward to seeing this films. I admit, at the beginning, I was unsure whether or not it would be any good. The first half hour is extremely confusing, but after that, it's a totally amazing film.
A masterpiece of shock cinema. Kakihara was doing the Glasgow Grin long before Ledger's Joker. Eat it Batman.
