It's a hoot.
It has that odd racism when western films try to portray the aboriginal, but it means well, and it's actually an engaging story.
Good fight and battle scene, a bit of almost laughable melodrama, but all around a solid film for an evening or afternoon.
I watched this on 16mm so it definitely enhanced to experience.
